In order to help retain the specialized, highly qualified technicians our group worked extensively on the Diesel Services Group's Employee Benefit Program as a tool for retention in a tight labour market. This program became a competitive advantage for the company because it provided superior benefits to Diesel Services Group's employees and their families. The result has been a high level of retention due to employee appreciation and satisfaction.
