As the newest advisor with Assante Financial Management, Jos Herman received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and later earned her Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. Prior to joining Assante Financial Management, Jos was employed as the lead member of one of the service lines in the Financial Advisory group at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Calgary.

As an accomplished finance and management professional, Jos has various levels of experience and technical skill in the areas of transactions, due diligence, taxation, working capital analyses, financial reporting, litigation support, insolvency, forensic investigations, public offerings, audit and assurance, and financial modeling. With her experience in a wide variety of industries including energy and resources, transportation, real estate, biotechnology, agriculture, manufacturing, and environmental services, Jos is committed to serving clients and helping them achieve their personal and professional financial goals.

In 2007, Jos and her husband, Scott, and daughter, Kristen, returned to the Saskatoon area. She looks forward to sharing her exceptional level of commitment, quality, and value with existing and potential clients.
